RE: how fast

I drive 65 to 70 in my allegro on a p30 chassis,no problems. I have cruised on long trips at 70 to 75. I think it comes down to driver skill and comfort level,I have driven tractor trailer and I am not intimidated. My fuel mileage is around 7mpg at these speeds towing a Tracker toad. Art

You cannot take the sailor out of a man but alas I am getting old and grey and could not bear to be apart from my son and wife anymore. But I will never live more then 40 miles from my beloved ocean.

RE: Furnace Problems on '91 Allegro Class A

Back furnace if it runs check the "sail switch". Most east coast made coaches use Suburban products, rather then Atwood. Go to Tiffinrv.net in technical section all you need to know for early Suburbans is there. For Tiffin specific problems Tiffinrvnetwork is the best and most of all no flaming.

RE: How bad is this Onan problem?

Try rapping the back of the starter the solenoid may be sticking and not causing it to engage ring gear.

RE: Hiking boots,your opinions......please?

Propét hiking boots or for that matter any shoe. I come from a area where Bates shoes were a major industry(if you are a veteran you most likely wore Bates shoes) and propét matches that standard. Reasonably priced and superior quality and worksmanship.

RE: Picture posting thread...anyone into it?

Jim a true snapshot ,seizing the moment no prior planning. Basically having a camera ready and shooting. Perhaps it should be called a capture of the moment. I never set out to take a picture it is the wow would that be nice moment. Like most people who take photographs I can take a great picture but I guess a snapshot is wow that looks neat. A poor explanation but allot of fun.
